These terms cover the website and request process. A rental exists only after availability, licence eligibility and conditions are checked and the final agreement is accepted.
1. Booking requests
The online form sends a preferred date and configuration for manual review. It is not live inventory, instant confirmation or payment. We may accept, decline or suggest an alternative.
2. Eligibility and licence course
Each operator must provide an acceptable qualification. Every participant must upload the requested identity and licence evidence.
The €150 one-day course is a separate offer subject to availability, eligibility and the issuing authority. “As little as 24 hours” is a target, not a guarantee.
3. Prices and direct-booking saving
Prices are €200 for 4 hours and €300 for a full day per jet ski, plus €20 insurance per person. Standard excess is €1,000 per jet ski; zero excess is €30 per jet ski. Fuel is additional.
The €100 saving compares our direct price with the standard agency price including its commission. Third parties control their own final prices and terms.
4. Fuel
The intended policy is full-to-full: the jet ski is supplied with a full tank and returned full under the agreed procedure.
5. Weather, safety and operating area
Rides may be altered, postponed or cancelled because of sea state, wind, visibility, official instructions, equipment condition or another safety concern.
6. Website content
Photography and route imagery are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific vehicle detail, destination, route, weather condition or access.
7. Final rental conditions
Cancellation, deposit, insurance, excess, damage, late return and binding conditions are supplied with the final offer. The signed agreement governs the rental.
