Who handles your information
Freedom Jet Ski Tenerife handles information submitted to review and respond to rental enquiries. Contact privacy@freedomjetski.com.
What we collect
We collect contact and ride details, selected protection, your message, and a navigation licence plus both sides of the identity document for every participant. Technical anti-abuse data may also be recorded.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer, assess licence eligibility, discuss availability, prepare a possible rental, prevent abuse and keep an operational record.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps requested before a possible contract and for the legitimate interests of running a secure enquiry service.
Storage and recipients
Details are stored on the server. Identity and licence files remain outside the public website and can be downloaded only through the protected admin. Information is not sold for advertising.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a resulting rental, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and complain to the competent authority.
Security and payment
The website uses HTTPS, non-public storage, protected administration, validation, rate limiting and security headers. Stripe is currently a demonstration: no card data or payment is collected.
