WEBSITE &
REQUEST TERMS.

1. Booking requests

The online form sends a preferred date and ride configuration for manual review. It is not live inventory, an instant confirmation or a payment. We may accept, decline or propose an alternative based on fleet availability, licence recognition, weather, maintenance, insurance and legal or operational restrictions.

2. Eligibility

Each operator must provide a valid qualification that can be accepted for the intended rental. Every participant must upload the requested identity and licence evidence for verification. Providing documents does not by itself prove eligibility or confirm a booking.

The advertised €150 one-day licence course is a separate training offer, subject to course availability, eligibility and the issuing authority’s requirements. “As little as 24 hours” is a target, not a guarantee. Licence recognition must be checked for the country, waters and activity in which the holder intends to use it.

3. Displayed prices

The website currently displays €200 for a 4-hour rental and €300 for a full-day rental, per jet ski, plus mandatory insurance at €20 per person. Standard protection carries a €1,000 damage excess per jet ski. An optional zero-excess damage waiver is displayed at €30 per jet ski. Fuel is additional. The waiver, coverage, exclusions, deposit, damage responsibility and all binding conditions will be stated in the confirmed quote and final rental agreement before the customer commits.

These are direct-booking prices. The advertised €100 saving compares the direct Freedom Jet Ski price with the standard price offered through excursion agencies, which includes their €100 commission. A third party controls its own final price and terms.

4. Fuel

The intended policy is full-to-full: the jet ski is supplied with a full tank and returned with a full tank under the procedure stated at handover. The customer pays for fuel consumed.

5. Weather, safety and operating area

Safety decisions remain with the operator. Rides may be altered, postponed or cancelled because of sea state, wind, visibility, official instructions, equipment condition or another safety concern. Customers must remain inside the authorized navigation area and follow all briefing instructions.

6. Website content

Photography and route imagery communicate the intended experience. Some images may be illustrative and do not guarantee a specific vehicle detail, destination, route, weather condition or access. Vehicle and operating details are confirmed before rental.

7. Final rental conditions

Cancellation, deposit, insurance coverage, excess, damage, late return, passenger and other binding rental conditions will be supplied with the final offer. A zero-excess option does not cover conduct or events excluded by the final agreement, such as deliberate damage, unauthorized operation or breach of safety instructions. If these website terms and the signed rental agreement differ, the signed rental agreement governs the rental.
